Libby Case Study

Overall, the Libby library app has a lot to offer users. It offers instant access to library materials and automatically returns loans. The app offers a broad variety of content and multiple ways to search. In order to identify opportunities to improve the app, research was conducted to learn more about 3 main areas:

• Discoverability

• Usability

• Overall experience

Information was gathered using 3 main methods.

In addition to the research, personas were created to better understand the variety of users and their individual needs.
